The CrossCulture Program 2026 is an international exchange fellowship that brings together 55โ€“60 young professionals and volunteers from over 40 countries to live and work in Germany for 2โ€“3 months.

This program is designed to build cultural bridges, strengthen civil society, and empower future leaders across the globe.

If selected, all your expenses will be covered. Participants will receive:

  • ๐Ÿง  Have at least 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society.

    • Human Rights & Peacebuilding

    • Sustainable Development

    • Climate & Environmental Protection
