🪴 About the CrossCulture Program (CCP)

The CrossCulture Program 2026 is an international exchange fellowship that brings together 55–60 young professionals and volunteers from over 40 countries to live and work in Germany for 2–3 months.

This program is designed to build cultural bridges, strengthen civil society, and empower future leaders across the globe.

💸 What the Fellowship Covers

If selected, all your expenses will be covered. Participants will receive:

• 💶 Monthly stipend: €650

• ✈️ Round-trip airfare from your home country to Germany

🧑‍💻 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the CrossCulture Program 2026, applicants must meet the following:

• 📍 Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries (see official list on CCP website).

• 🕊️ Be 23 years or older at the time of application.

• 🧠 Have at least 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society.

• 💬 Be proficient in English (German language is a plus but not mandatory).

• 🌱 Be actively working in fields like:

  • Media and Journalism

  • Human Rights & Peacebuilding

  • Sustainable Development

  • Climate & Environmental Protection

  • NGOs, Civic Engagement, etc.
